Depends on where its locked up at! Rings stuck? bearings fried? Just start pulling it apart with a big hammer to get the piston and rods out. You are going to have to replace the rings and bearings anyway.

Just "unstuck" a 427. Used brake fluid and ATF about 1/2 and 1/2 in the cylinders. Just wait a while and try to rock it. Then clean the walls with Scotch Brite as the pistons go down. Take your time or you may break a ring land. Just rock it a little at a time.

I did something like this with my 400 (didn't try the brake fluid trick though), just soaked in ATF, after letting it sit for some time I rocked it loose. Then I hit the walls with oven cleaner and a Scotch Brite after the pistons were knocked out, rinsed the block, then oiled it down. Worked pretty good (then I ended up punching it out to a 406 anyway, lol).
