Ay high flowing head will do well. But Ask TSP. They are great at helping with questions like this. They will tell you what head they had in mind when designing the cam.

Texas Speed has the fastest N/A stock bottem end record and they did it with the MS4 and PRC 215s. You can run the stock heads fine with the MS4 but you'll get more power out of a set of aftermarkets. Just call TSP and tell them what your looking to do and they'll point you in the right direction. Good luck.

what is your current motor and what heads?

And also nearly as important. what is your budget?

For the L92/LS3 rectamgle port heads you'd probably want cam designed specifically or them, not one spec'ed with cathedral ports in mind.

op, the ms4 is a great cam, but its not a budget way of going fast, max effort cams need max effort parts, i have ran the ms4 for 2 years now, i think its a great high rpm cam, van , yes the tsp car broke some records with that car, but its a gutted race car set up perfect, there is way more to tsps car than h/c combo.op what are your goals for the car?i would shoot for the prc227 if you could swing it, just make sure tsp knows what cam you have, imo set that cam up with all the other mods it needs and you will love it, it just takes alot to get the most out of he ms4.

i would read up on the ms4, maybe you will want something else that would be easier to work with on a budget, and dont get caught up on the sound lol, you can get a much smaller profile with a badass sound lol,

when i spoke to matt at tsp about the ms4 for a 383 stroker he said it would depend on the heads and if they could flow it.
I have 241 casting heads that will be getting modified but a good set of aftermarket heads sound like the way to go with this cam, was told by some American's that came to a car show out here in Australia that Trickflow were one of the best you could get.

i'm going a slightly different cam now with similar specs but not as aggressive to suit the 241 cathedral port heads i'll be using. Other wise ms4 or a 244/248 were on the cards and from what iv read with good heads is a very good cam.

ms4 and spray can for sure get you into the 11 ,10 zone, depends how built the car is though, you can have all the power in the world , doesnt mean anything if the rest of the car isnt there.

i think 2200 range ,been awhile since i have been on tsps site, there killer heads though, if you do plan on heads and go with the ms4 make sure you tell them that, im sure they can put a nice package for you together, i love the ms4 and if your hardcore i think you would like it as well, i just always tell new guys to make sure you read up on all the good and bad of a big cam,

Im running the MS3 and trick flow 220s. Had some PRC 243 2.5 heads before. They are around the same price. Do the tricks flow and rocker arm trunnion upgrade. And explain your intentions so heads are setup for your application.
