Installed Catch can!
I installed my catch can before heading to the dyno and have some wierd results! All my oil use STOPPED! I was worried that something was blocked, but pulled the top hose and there was plenty of suction. I mounted it on the driver side of the radiator so I guess the oil doesn't travel all the way there. Only thing in the can is a little oil mist! I run the **** out of the car to the dyno, on the dyno, and many 4th gear pulls on the interstate going home with no oil usage! Just wanted to share. BTW, It is an Accurate Machines Can and Todd's product is very well made!

o.k. guys, i have the Accurate Machine catch can too, i'm just waiting to take my car out of storage to put it on. My question is that i'm still confused as to where exactly it is placed in terms of splicing it into the PCV. I would like to mount it to the radiator support somewhere, but, where the hoses connect to, i'm still confused. Pics from various cars would be helpful. Thank you.

You don't need pics- here it is: on the passenger side of the motor, kind of right
on top of the front edge of the intake manifold sits the PCV with a boot on it. It connects to the intake manifold itself, right behind the throttle body-- the catch can goes between the end of the pcv and the intake manfiold right there (through hoses as remote as you need to make the can).

v8maro, one thing, pull a couple plugs and see if you're threads are oily. I always had heard about the pcv issue, but never though much about it until I had my plugs out to do headers- every plug had oily threads...

We would love to post up the information for everyone but the maker of this catch can is not a sponsor here yet and we have been asked not to post information about where to get it. As I understand it they will be a sponsor soon.
PM's sent. V8maro....Tried to send you a PM but it says you are over your limit for PM's.

OK, well you got yourself in a pickle now! You'll be sending out a hundred PM's with the info!
Of course I would like the info also - this can looks much nicer than the Greddy!
BTW, did a search on the net before I bugged you - didn't come up with anything
TIA,
-Jay-
