Default shift kit?

I was looking and can't find much information on them all I know is you get the trans cargo hd2. Which parts are to be used and which to be left out. and is it really worth it to get it for longevity of the transmission? What would be the best way to set it up for daily driving with a higher stall converter?

Default

all i can say is about my install......i used the conservative sizes for separator plate drilling.....used those plastic check ***** instead of the stock steels 1s which were wearing the plate......used the stock 1-2 accumulator springs instead of the kit 1s.......f bods already come with Corvette servos and there really is no room in there to even mess with the servos......used sonnax pin-less accumulator pistons for 1-2 3-4 and forward......its not a bad set up
