Pontiac GTO 2004-2006 - Smog legal pb

I live in the lawless Rio Grande Valley of Texas, but I do not think that's a big secret. And Street Cars running without catts is the norm.

However, Edinberg International Raceway is a great regional and does adhere closely with NHRA Safety Rules. As such, when my GTO began running sub 11.50's I was summarily given the BOOT!!

With 28 degree total timing, full interior, stock front rims, and reinstalled KOOKS CATS my GTO ran a N/A 11.63 @ 117 mph. SMOG LEGAL!

Slap my factory spares back on the fronts, remove the backs, eat a package of exlax followed by a sonic booms on the throne and I'm back @ 11:50's!!!!

Even with 3" Magnaflow, my GTO is SOOOOOOOOOOOO quiet!!! :secret2::secret2:

11.90 @ 123 with a 2.23 60'. I have issues getting the right and left foot to work together as a team on launch.

My buddy (txblowntbss) has a TBSS w/14 psi of boost and 390/45/20? M&H drag radials....... talk about penis envey!!!

Clutches are great on street, but @ the track..............
