took my 2001 Camaro SS to the drag strip today and ran a 11.18 @ 122.89 mph. our track in Tucson resides at 3,075 feet above sea level and the corrected Density Altitude on my run today was 4,017 feet above sea level. according to dragtimes.com this would correct to a 10.77 @ 127.53 mph at sea level :burn:
my sixty foot time was only a 1.72 as the slicks in am running are 6 years old and have 50+ passes on them
i am still running the stock 346 CI LS1 bottom end
the 402 CI race motor i got sittin in a crate out back in the hangar should get me a 10.00 @ 130 mph run with a wheelie out of the hole utilizing a transbrake, etc....
