Since christmas time is coming around, I was looking at picking up a compression and leak down tester kit for my garage. I was wondering if anyone knew of a reliable brand to go with. I have heard the harbor freight is reliable after you swap the one gauge on it, but Id like something that I dont have to modify. Let me know what you guys are using and what youd recommend. Thanks!

I bought mine from Jeg's, but Summit has them too. All they are is two gages with an orifice between the two to give you a differential pressure.
Jegs (http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS+Performance+Products/555/80520/10002/-1)
Summit (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-900010/)
Jegs compression (http://www.jegs.com/i/Sunpro/885/CP7827/10002/-1)
Summit compression (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/OTC-5605/)
Or you could spend big money on this one. Buxton (http://www.buxtonengineering.com/leak_down_tester.php)

Hope this helps

I bought the Matco part number CLT2APB and order all the adapters I could for it.
