Is it bone stock right now? And is it an A4 (auto) or M6 (manual)?

Tire and a 3200+ stall with some good DA and maybe some weight reduction Or just a tire and 100 shot.

Just get a cutout installed. Open it for the track and close it when you want the car to be quiet. You are on the right track since you already have LS6 intake, LT's, and a lid. Other options for bolt-on's would be some sort or ram air setup, port and polish your TB, and add an underdrive pulley. Then add a good stall and a sticky tire and it will get you close. Maybe some suspension work if the car wheel-hops or doesn't hook for you once you hit the track.

Circle D makes a decent 3000-3200 Stall. Need to run it to get a baseline..

use at least 3600 and you will be close with what you have. cutout too.
3000 stall is weak!... and ET street radials too of course.

Cool

The converter will lock up and drive fine on the highway. Look into a Frost mail order tune. Tunedbyfrost.com

I was gonna go 3000-3200 stall but I read on here and people keep'd saying go big so I went with a SS4000 stall and 373s. I'm installing them this winter and TR55,new knock sensors.

Same setup I'm running SS4000 and 3.73, fun on the street and works good at the track. I was going to go SS3600 but the more I read on here decided to go 4000.
