Default Lifter question/comparison

Starting to piece together my cam swap for 01 ls1 going to do a mild cam something under 230 duration and 600 lift

Ls7 lifters vs comp High energy

Is spending the extra $60 on the comp worth it

i have always used the ls7 lifters. havent had a problem yet.
probably used then 7-10 times from small cams to low 240
duration/ .620" in lift cams.
