yes you need to modify them, search cutting corvette frcs and you should get a write up or picture of where to cut them

you have to trim around the TB linkage and make your own oil dipstick hole.. dont cut the back ends off...

Im not taking them off... i can make a pattern for you to go by though... Ill go out tomorrow and mark the cuts and I can send them to you.. they may not be a 100% perfect match for your car as the covers may sit a tiny bit different since they just clip to the fuel rails and coil brackets... It will give you a great starting point to file and smooth them to the fit you want...

You dont have to cut the ends off to make them fit... just around the TB linkage.. ive got ls6 covers on my 99 ls1. just tuck the stuff under and it clips right on.. you have to move the pcm harness over about an inch...
