Default LS3 Maloo stock engine how much nitrous

Hello from down under
i have decided to give my new ls3 gxp maloo ute a spray of gas
its basicly a G8 but a ute its a a6 car with 3.3 diff gears
i currently run a 12.8 -109mph 1/4 mile with only a dual 3 inch exhuast, stock headers, stock Cats, and Intake

i have a dual stage plate setup and was thinking of spraying 75hp 1st stage 3000rpm and a 100hp 2nd stage 3500-4000 rpm, i will be getting the car tuned mafless and to suit nitrous before i spray
will this be ok?? i will upgrade fuel pump if need be and ill run a NOS dual stage wot window switch and a fuel pressure switch
bottle heater ect
also hiflow cats

my question is will a total 175hp be to much for a stock bottom end ls3??
i know plenty of guys here are spraying a lot more on ls1 so i think it will be
and also what sort of gain will i make in the 1/4 with this size car weight around 3850lbs car

thanks in advance
Dusto

Gday fellow Aussie, mate it seems you have a handle on the correct parts needed,as said plenty of guys on here running bigger shots. Most definately will have to upgrade your pump,i know vcm suite sell a dual pump/.tank for VE but may be expensive.Sort out a good tuner and hopefully someone with efi- live as you will be able to use a seperate map tune for gas. This is the path i have taken.Im not sure maybe someone else could chime in but im saying with a 175 shot would be close to around 13-15 mph

That sounds promising I have had nitrous car before but no ls motors previous was a 3.8 Buick v6 which I sprayed about 20 bottles at 150 to 175 into with all the right saftey gear just want to make sure the high comp ls3 pistons and rods will be up for the task
