Default Turbo

Trying to figure out what would be the best set-up. I currently have a 6.0 block that I am building for boost. I am going to probably go with a TC88 turbo. I am at the point of trying to figure out what crank to go with a 4.0 stroke and make it about a 403ci and not run the motor above to 5500 rpm for the longevity of the motor. Or should I stick with the stock crank 3.622 and spin it up to 7500. Is it going to be better with more ci or higher rpm with the large of a turbo.

I am not very "turbo" knowledgeable but am a big advocate of making power at lower RPM level's.

That is kind of what I was thinking, making the power lower without making the motor work so hard.
