Got a friend with a 2004 GTO, and he said his car is blowing the horn, light coming on, windows acting crazy! He said some guy said the BODY Module gone. I told him you guys&girls will know what's wrong. Also if it is a Module, where is it, and who has it, and do the car got to reprogrammed when reinstalled, thanks for any help!

Check the wiring harness under the glovebox. Sometimes it will rub through all the insulation and make contact with some metal under there and do crazy stuff.

My 04' is doing the same thing. I have checked the BCM and there is no cut in the insulation. I have also read that it has something to do with a sticker behind the air bag in the steering wheel. check ls1gto too. I'm sure they can help.

I've heard about this before over at ls1gto but I've only heard of the random honking not all the others you mentioned. That sounds very frustrating. Good luck to that guy for getting everything sorted out.

How old is the battery? My passenger door wouldn't unlock and I knew the battery was margainal. I replaced the battery and lo and behold the problem went away. Easier to start there - BMC are costly.
