Hitler vs 2013 GT500
A mustang buddy of mine showed me this today, I found it pretty entertaining. I can't wait for the new GT500s to come out, I want to see how they will perform. I am very much a GM fan, but you have to admit, Ford has been stepping their game up a lot lately.

Regardless, the ZL1 and 13 GT500 both own! I'd have either in a heartbeat...and if I had to pick 1, I'd take the GT500 for it's additional creature comforts...because I'm getting old. Haha.

This vid is funny but it means nothing, it was obviously created by someone who is a Ford nutthugger (not that I'm any better for being a GM nutthugger lol) and the comment about the bailout get's me fired up everytime because you NEVER hear anyone talk about the MILLIONS!!!! OF MILLIONS of dollars that Ford has borrowed from banks and private investors. This **** just keeps going back and forth. GM brings out LT1, Ford gets their *** kicked..GM brings out LS1..Ford gets their *** kicked from 98-2010 ( unless some ******** count the Termi Cobra) even despite their being no camaro built from 2003-2009. It mattered verry little since a 98 Z28 was still just as fast if not faster (probally faster) than 98-2010 GT stangs. THEN! in 2010 the new camaro comes out and spanks the 2010 GT's stangs ***. Ford answers with the 5.0 ,and the 5.0 is a better all around car all day everyday!.GM has no answer as of yet for the 5.0 vs the SS.Then GM announces 2012 ZL1 camaro @550hp (later to be bumped to 580hp) to compete against the current GT500.It would be more than capable of beating the current GT500 as well, except that it would matter little since Ford announced the 600HP (now 650HP) 2013 GT500..FML, **** just keeps going on..but it's never a bad thing for car ppl to have this sort of back and forth competetion..keeps the comapanies on their toes and makes them produce better products. Let me give a perfect example. Ford would STILL be giving their faithful mustang buyers a wimpy, girly lil 4.6 with 315 (flywheel) hp if GM had'nt brought out the much more powerful 2010 SS. Soooo what I'm really getting at here is..PLEAZ GM you got to get the camaro back on top where it belongs..hell it held the whoopass title from 93-2010 depsite not even being in prodution for 7 of those years.

Cute video, but I like the ZR-1 Corvette commercials better where the GM guys are heros and compared to rocket scientists, not *****. I don't think this deal is over yet, with the ZL-1 engine being so similar to the 638 horsepower LS engine in the ZR-1. A tweak might come at, or shortly after the ZL-1 introduction. Kinda like what happened with 2001 Z06 385 horse motor which jumped 20 horsepower to 405 six months later.

Honestly, I think it's reverse. 4 or so years ago (just like they say in the video) every LSX guy was saying "Ford needs a blower to keep up". Now, how's GM making their big power?

You nailed it on the head there. The race will never be over, and people will always get butt hurt in a gm vs ford contest. My roommate watched the video and it pissed him off haha.

But I'd still buy the GT500 over the Camaro, but it's only because I am biased. LOL

Not sure I agree with this, seeing as the Camaro is still heavier, but I see your point. Like you said (and I agree 100%) it's good for all of us that the car companies are competing for top dawg, I love seeing this new "Muscle car" era surfacing.

If it makes you feel any better tho , I would choose to buy the new 5.0 over the new camaro...I'm harcore GM all day (most of the time) ..but I'm not biased enough to not see the light..wich is the 5.0 is a beast
