Eastern Members - anyone have the Goodson jig/tool for reluctor ring install

I'm in need of one for a project, one time use. Anyone local to central PA have one that is willing to rent it out, or if you have experience doing the swap I will bring the crank to you to swap it, with compensation for your time of course.
