Z06 Steering Wheel fit an Fbody?

Just looking at some options for changing out the stock bus-sized steering wheel for something a little smaller. I'm wondering if the 'vette wheel will fit and if the on-wheel stereo buttons might still work.

Never mind, those are too expensive, so I just put a Grant wheel on there and called it a day.
