User Support & Resources - Randomly logged out

I get logged out randomly when on an iPhone. What the hell am I doing wrong? Does this happen to any one else? Also how do I edit my post? And why dont I "subscribe" to any post? Even my own post. I'm no computer wiz but damn it someone help!

Getting randomly logged out is a cookie issue with your browser. The fix is usually to delete the cookies for the impacted site and revisit the site. Unfortunately, I don't believe you can manually delete cookies in your application, so you may need to delete all cookies and revisit the site. Logging out is not the same as deleting the cookies and will not resolve the issue.

Are you using the mobile theme or the normal (default) theme?

In the mobile theme, there is no easy way to edit a post. Understand that the mobile theme is a stripped-down version with minimal features to keep the product the lightweight for applications that can't easily run the normal (default) theme.

As far as Subscription, if using the mobile theme, you will not be able to individually select threads, when replying, to Subscribe to. This is also another feature that was removed from the mobile theme to keep it lightweight.

However, if you're using the global Subscription feature by default, any threads you reply to - even in mobile theme - should be added to your Subscribed list.

Go to UserCp, Edit Options and scroll down to Default Thread Subscription Mode. Change to something other than No Notification if you want the Subscribed feature to be enabled by default for all threads you participate in. No Email simply means it's added to your Subscribed list, but you're not emailed.
