Default gasket help

this is a dumb question but what gasket do i need for my turbonetics 72mm turbo. is it t3t4 or a t4. turbonetics say t4. i thought i used a t3t4 gasket i figured it would be easier on here to find out thanks

There is no such thing as a T3/T4 gasket. T3 or T4 refers to the foot print of the turbo (gasket shape). A T3/T4 turbo uses a T3 footpring with a T4 compressor wheel. That is why it is a hybrid turbo. If you have a full 72mm turbo it is MOST LIKELY at T4 foot print, but that is not guaranteed.

If you have a T3 foot print, it will be shaped more like a rectangle. If it is a T4, it will be closer to a square.

I don't have a picture of a T3, but picture pretty much the same thing, but skinnier from top to bottom. Meaning it will be wider than it is tall vs the one in the picture above.
