Noob in training Ladies and Gentlemen

New to the ls1 scene
looking to do a 5.3 single turbo 350 trans built 12 bolt setup in a 64 nova
running a heidts superride II front end and a home built rear 4 link panhard bar setup with qa1's
hunting car-parts.com in the tristate area for the new mill
stockpiling parts
which 5.3 should I buy? I can get a damaged head 5.3 with 26 k for 600 the yard will let me have a different set of heads to go with it also. should I get the same ones or try and get 6.0 heads?? If so which ones and how do you ID them?? Will the 6.0 heads work on a 5.3?? I plan on adding a ls6 or hotter cam beefier pushrods and springs.
advise on that would be most appreciated.
This is my first time running a car with turbo.
Which one is the best bang for the buck?
I plan on being conservative with this build at like 7psi. Any and all comments welcome. Thank you!!!
