Made a pretty significant order around Thanksgiving. They shipped me evrything pretty quick. The Kooks got shipped to me last and they forgot to coat them, but after I let them know they sent me a prepaid shipping note less than 12 hours later, I shipped them back to Jet Hot and got them back today and they are worth the wait. Only a 10 day turn around time from the day I shipped them back which is very good considering the Christmas holiday.
