welcome. I have a 06 myself with 34,000 miles...

I have a question for you though, with the Volant CAI, what coupling do you use for the 06-07 TB opening? everywhere I look that sells the Volant says its only for 04-05 and i believe the 06-07 has a larger diameter tb inlet so I would expect that Volant includes the smaller rubber coupling w. the kit. Also, in the box, does volant include the fitting to do the mod for the 06-07 cts-v's?

anyone w/ experience in this, could you chime in please. I want to order a CAI for my 06, and i know Volant is one of the better, proven intakes.

From what I've heard the TB bore is larger on 06-07's but the outer diameter is the same size for both years and the volant fits into place with no extra adapter.

I have read some positive and negative things on this forum and the cadillac forum - I have a close friend that has a spec3 and he loves it- It depends a lot on the driver- the install- etc- if you look there are bad and good reviews for every clutch - You just never know to be honest - I went against a lot of peoples opinions about professional products manifold - went with it, couldn't be happier with the cars over all performance - So i'll install it drive it- If i don't like it, I'll put something else in-
