Ls6 heads?????? 05 5.3 liter and up silverados come with ls6 heads? If I bought a set of these heads, and got the heads machined would they work on my ls1 99ss build. And be affective????

LS6 heads are 243 castings with lightweight hollow stem intake valves and
sodium filled exhausts. They also have slightly stiffer valvesprings for the
factory 525 or 551 lift ZO6 cams. The truck heads are also 243 castings only
with standard weight/length(LS6 are + .0236"longer) valves. The 64.45cc
chambers will bump the 5.7 compression from 10.19 to 10.45. Definitely have
them milled so as to not invite gasket failure.
