Default led gauges question.

I've done the mod on my old camaro but want to stay away from the stupid blues, green, purple led look and go with white. Has anyone done it yet? And not "cool white" from superbrightleds.com the actual white ones. If so can I see some pics and what ones did you order cause the led with the 360 degree lighting for the gauges didn't come in white. Just cool white.

Looks great but I want a true white not cool white. Or "natural white" as superbrightled says.

I want the same but you can't get rid of the blue coating without ruining the gauges unless you have the hands of a surgeon. I was thinking of trying the "warm white" less that's could balance out but not sure of it would be any better than stock.

Fleabag has dirt cheap less. I may just spend a few bucks and try it.

v-leds sells 5K leds, which is pure white. I think they would yield better results than warm white..

I'll have to check them out. Isn't warm white more of a Oem look but brighter?

Warm white has the color of a standard clear filament bulb, yet they are slightly brighter with the other additional benefits of LEDS.. I have the V-led 5K reverse lights and they are pure white (no hint of blue), and they look awesome IMO. I also have a pair of 5K 194 white LEDS for my map lights and a LED strip for the license plate, which I will install on Sunday if I'm not too hungover. I'll post pics when I get them installed..

Camaro gauges have a blue film behind the white to balance the yellow from stock incandescent bulbs. If you go pure white it will come out blue. If someone has found a cheap fix please post!!

Also above I meant "fleabay" has cheap "leds".
