Anyone use Stonebriar in Frisco or ElDorado in Mckinney for service? Have anyone you work with? I have some warranty work to get done. I also have some service bulletins also. Thanks!

I have had a couple of oil changes at Stonebriar and will not be back. This is on my Silverado. Oil change and tire rotation took 2.5 hours and they added weights on the outside of my chrome wheels. Nothing really bad but just generally poor customer service and attitude.

I used Stonebriar in the past and will never go back. I went for an oil change and tire rotation on my Monte carlo and they didn't tighten the lugs on two of my rims. Ruined two center pieces and sheared the studs. Now I can say that they corrected the problem for free and always had great customer service their but the service part I won't trust again!!!!!
