ever heard of this 2.5 bar map?

Anyone ever heard of this map sensor it says its a direct plug in for the ls6 intake

Used it on a E40 pcm 06 GTO. Works good. Little spendy though.

Hey Nova, do you know of a better, more cost effective option? Im in the market myself, and would rather run a 3 bar, but i could get away with a 2.5 for awhile i suppose.

I just bought the 3 bar map from frost tuning. I believe the Delphi map sensor. 100 bucks I think

If you're thrifty, you can buy the Motorola sensor that the DPE sensor uses. It's like $13. But you have to do some soldering and what not. It's a nice sensor though, I've done this for a few friends with good results.

For the GTO we snagged up a 2bar from a GTP and made an adapter harness, worked great, lol.

Ok so I'm guessing it was the Ls1/6 style 102 so it would fit the map hole and connector on a ls6 intake and stock Ls1 pcm?

It's direct plug and play and gives you really good resolution up to ~22 psi yet still gives great response in the deeper vacuum ranges unlike the other 3 bar map sensors out there.

Yes it is. Really no reason not to use a $50 3 bar though on that pcm.

I actually sold this one and had a custom 3 bar built by dpe that was direct plug and play as well. But they both work.
