I am going to need to replace the window motors this spring on my 2002 TA and I had 2 questions. First, is this something I can tackle myself or would I be better off having the dealer do it? I am not by any stretch of the imagination a technician so if it is even remotely involved in terms of wiring, etc., it's probably not for me.
Secondly, I have dynamated my doors pretty extensively and when these are replaced, will they have to cut into my Dynamat to replace these?
To replace the window motors, you have to drill 3 holes in the inner door skin to see the 3 rivets that need to be drilled to remove the stock motor.
Dynomat only makes it a little more difficult.
Here is the sticky on replacing the window motors.

Friend of mine had his replaced at a dealer and got raped. If your mechanically inclined at all, I'd HIGHLY suggest doing it yourself, unless you just have money to give to someone. It's really not that hard to change the motor.. dynamat will make it a longer process, but probably worth it in the end.
