Just an idea.
I have some property in VA that Id consider trading for a vechicle or vechicles.All the property is located in Hardy,Va at Smith Mountain Lake.
1st property is 1.5 acres in a lake access subdivision.
currently asking 48k.
2nd is 6 seperate smaller lots that are all connected in another lake access subdivision totaling over 2.5 acres. asking 45k for a six lots.
