Default Vrx3 valvespring decission

Hey everyone,

Im finally doin a camswap on my 99 Z28, and I figuered the vrx3 would suit the best for my needs.
I was wondering what people who allready have this cam use for Valvesprings or what you guys would suggest?

The camspecs are:

226/228 .585/.588
112 or 114 LSA not sure yet.

Thanks for your help!

I'd use comp 918's if I were you. Relatively cheap and they will work with that cam.

i agree on pac 1518's or psi max life. vengeance also recommended him a c5r chain and comp 850 lifters? Normally i wouldnt second guess a sponsor like this but that seems a little overkill in my mind I say use new ls7 lifters and an ls2 chain and call it a day its not like were using a >.600 lift cam here. but hopefully someone can throw in their .02 also

Chekout the prc .650" spring kit, the double spring is typically safer and should have a nice long life!
