Tools & Fabrication - Who can Weld Aluminum?

May not be the correct section however seemed like it would be the best place to start....

I am trying to finish my cold side for my turbo.. I need 2 fitting welded onto my charge pipe.... 1 is a threaded bung for a IAT sensor and the other is a flange for my Blow Off valve... everything is aluminum and the charge pipe is 3"s....


If anyone on here can do it and is interested in helping me out shoot me a pm and we can work out a price...

If your in ATL, J.M Machining does an incredible, precise job. He's a solo company who's well known thats able to pick/choose his jobs. He usually accepts ANYTHING that has been referred to him by a previouis customer. And well below NAMED shop prices. He does anything/everything from custom bikes, to exhaust, to wheels. He just did B295 grade aluminum (90%) aluminum grade, custom engraved etched center caps for wheels no longer made.

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW.... 1st TIME THERE AND HE DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB.

My perfect example were Lenzo center caps, last made in 2004, that he machined, smoothed surfaced to a babies ass, inserted fake allen head bolts to match originals that were produced in Australia.

Less than $125 for ALL 4 caps that were 8" diameter.

Sounds like he is really good! I am about 5-6 hrs from ATL though... I just need 2 little bungs welded just don't know too many people local that welds aluminum...

Just need a spot or beed weld for the bung similar to an O2 sensor bung?

its a Blow off valve flange and a IAT bung... pretty small job...

Not very many local shops around that I would use...
