I have a 224/562/112 and its %100 daily driveable. I think your 222 cam would be toosmall. I'd go no smaller than 224. I wish I got a 230 now.

That's the MTI C1, the Hammer Cam. It is very streetable and makes good power, just doesn't have the top end pull of today's bigger cams.
I ran that cam for a few months before stepping up to a 231/237.
I agree with 224 recommendation of above.

Check out ls1howto.com for some basic cam info.

I've got it on a 114 b/c of the A4. It is awesome down low, and pulls up top to a point. It will pull especially well from around 40-100 I would say. It is great around town, idles great, sounds good, no real complaints. I am looking into something bigger now though. If you have any more questions, shoot

i had the T1 221/221 .558/.558 112 and its a great street cam that doesnt require a massive vavle train or alot of tuning. with the proper bolt ons and tune you can expect 370-390rwhp out of it.

I have that cam (MTI C1 cam as stated by Southfl.02.SS) in my car right now and it makes great power. My car ran a 12.2 with a stall, stock heads and no traction with this cam.

I ran that cam also,Pulled 370rwh untuned and still picked up 6 tenths and 6 mph at the track.

Went through a Vig. 3200 and ran a best of 11.60 @ 115.7 with a 1.52 60ft.Full weight car with only weight reduction of running draglites all the way around.

I thought it was a awesome cam and very streetable.

How much more horsepower is the hammer cam going to make over the stealth II?

I run this cam untuned with stock heads & the LGM tubes.
I had to drill a small hole in the t-body & the thing runs and sounds awesome.
Gobs of power down low and pulls as long as I can use it on the street.
Very happy with it -- just enough lope.

I have the 224/226 @ 112 it destroys my nitto's at the strip at 16psi. massive low end torque keeps pulling and pulling.

so you gotta deal with a4+112'isms, still worth the mad power.

I'm using it, too. I like it. Good low-end grunt and enough top end to keep me happy...for now!

Any chance you have a dyno graph? How usable is first gear with the converter and cam? Does it sound stealthy.

i got a 224/226 .570/.571 112lsa in automatic, no problems really. requires a good tuner to make it drive elegantly at low rpm lockup.
