Default tr224 cam question please help

i have a tr cam 224/224 @.050 114lsa .566/.566 lift i need to know what springs and push rods to buy everybody tells me different things the car has stock 242 heads thank you!!

I assume you meant 241 heads on an LS1. A simple single beehive design spring will do fine. People have had some trouble out of the comp 918's springs but I used them with no issues. And some chromoly 7.4'' pushrods are what you need. You can get both from Texas-speed.com You dont need dual springs but if you plan on going bigger with a cam in the near future, might not be a bad idea. It would be overkill at this point to use dual springs on such a mild cam but some will argue this.

you can use some comp cam 918 behive springs and some harden 7.4 push rods from TSP.

head gaskets (if changing lifters) front cover gasket, water pump gaskets (if removing heads), front main seal, cam door, intake gaskets, valve cover gaskets that should be the bare bones of it

PAC 1218 or even better 1518. PSI LS1511 would be a good choice too....

I like the comp 918 and comp cam pushrods 7.4 I have been running
