Default 95 z28 m6 ran a best of 14.05

So i took my camaro out to speed world last night hoping to get into the high 13's but i could only pull off a 14.05 as my best hit with spinning the tires a little off the line onstreet tires.
all i have done is:
borla catback exhaust (least restrictive plate in)
cold air intake
air foil
tb bypass
hurst short shifter
154,xxx miles
so my question is...what can i do to get into the 13's im pretty sure its capable of getting there but what can i do now to do it. I am in high school so my budget is limited but i'd like get some ideas.

time slip is as follows:
reaction: .1362
60': 2.2161
330': 6.0021
1/8th: 9.1491
1/8th mph: 79.00
1000 et: none
1000 mph: none
1/4 et: 14.0565
1/4 mph: 100.04

Thanks in advance!

You shouldn't have to do a thing to get into the 13s. A better launch and you're there.

Don't think that's gonna do you any good, if you're doing the practicing on the street. In my experience, the tracks I go to have a much lower prep level when it comes to test and tune dates then actual events. Add to that the swarm of fwd cars, and open differential rwd cars/trucks that drag water and don't leave any rubber due to street tires, it's usually a **** poor night. Usually if I'm at a track on street tires, there's less grip than there actually is on a regular street surface. Your regular street tire just isn't made for the track. Now...if they really really prepp'ed the surface and used a good amount of VHT, you might hook up some on street tires. But either way....practicing with a street tire on the street will be a differently feel than when on the track. I suggest picking up a set of stock wheels and throwing some et streets (non radial, bias ply), and throw those wheels/tires on before going to the track or at the track. Then there's the issue of the 10 bolt.....

Just keep going to the track and running it. Theres probably a 13.7 in that car with a 2.0 60'.

As for your next mod, I'd get a tune when you can afford it.

Not sure, but honestly its just as cheap to get it dyno tuned and much better than a canned tune. My tuner charges $350 for a dyno tune and $200 for a street tune.
