Pontiac G8 2008-2010 - L76 Intake Matching

I recently purchased a set of Aftermarket PRC 250CC LS3 Heads from Texas Speed.

Now it brings up the question of which intake to use?
The intake runners for 250CC.
Should I install my stock L/76 intake, or a ported L/76 that I also have?
I don't want to loose velocity with too large of intake runners.
Input would be appreciated.....

If you have no plans on buying a FAST, port the L76...

I am very interested on how the PRS 250's perform. Either intake should work fine. The ported one shouldn't hurt your power at all. The next upgrade would be the MAF and ported throttle body.

I would install the ported intake. I only gained 4rwhp going from a ported stock L76 intake to a FAST 102 on my G8

We'll be installing the cam, heads and ported intake over the winter.
As soon as I have numbers I'll pass them on.

The cam we picked responses very well to 243 heads, so I'm hoping the PRC heads make even more power.
