Default Fastest 4L60E E.T. "RECORD"

Just curious to know if there is a list of the fastest E.T.'s or a "record" using a 4L60E under LSX power?

When you say 4L60 do you mean still as a 4 speed (with overdrive etc.) or one of the special 'overdrive removed' (aka: 3L60) type of builds?
Or either one?

Not sure about the whole list but I believe that this guy still holds the overall best:

Yes, still with a 4 speed and overdrive. No trick stuff like removed gears.

There isn't a list that I know of. Arun still has the record with the 8.81@160mph. It is a fully functioning 4 speed 4L60e with a lockup torque converter. We are working on an LSX All Motor class C5 for a customer right now that should drop the record even lower into the 8s.

Nice, that is impressive. Just proves these transmissions are capable. Do you know the specs on the converter?

Thanks!

Yea they are very capable. People don't give them much credit. In built form they can handle a quite a bit of power and run solid numbers. I don't have exact specs on the converter but it is right around 3600rpm.

Awesome! Definately give me a call. We have well over a hundred of 4L60e's in the 9s and 10s and quite a few more on the cusp of breaking into the 8s.

The blue Z06 is Arun Ahuja (eb02z06). He is leaving off the trans brake and 2 step. Shane is just off the 2 step.

ittwgn I was reading a while back on ls1.com.au about the dragster with the 4L60e but I couldn't find any solid info or videos. You have any links?

The blue is fast but by the way it launched and sounds like it had a 2.73 rear?
