L92-LS3 piston options I bought an L92 engine that had low compression in one cylinder. The previous owner had a procharger on and for lack of tuning, broke a piston. Aside from a little bit of marks in the combustion chamber, there are a few scratches in that cylinder and to make it right it should be bored out.
I don't want to spend a pile of money on rods and pistons, I searched online and everyone seems to sell pistons for longer rods. I would like a piston that works with the stock rod but is at least 0.020" oversized, a bit more compression wouldn't hurt either. I don't plan on running nitrous or boosting with this engine, does anyone have any ideas for what is available?
