Default qtp wiring

I have a qtp cut-off but don't have the wiring from there to the toggle.has anybody every just cut end off and splice two wires into it?

I believe badlanz sells the wires in 10 and 15ft lengths with the correct ends

I hated the toggle switch that came with mine. I didn't use it. I wired a two wire reverse rest on ground circuit to activate the cutout (you can google it). I used a small momentary rocker switch from Parts Express. Here it is mounted:
