Pontiac Firebird 1967-2002 - How do the '98-'02 Trans Am ground effects attach?

I'm missing my passenger side ground effect, and it's next on my list of things to buy. Once I buy a ground effect for that side what attaches it? Thank you

Should be a metal strip along the top which catches the top part. Then there are about 8-12 small self tap bolts which hold it to the bottom of the car and inside the wheel wells.

Well I received my ground effect today.
I see a metal strip that is still attached to the fender itself. I don't see any self tapping bolts on the body of the car itself? I see a total of 12 holes along the bottom of the ground effect. Where can I buy the hardware for this, and the same for I see metal clips? Only 2 out of the 8 are still present on the ground effect.

You can find the bolts at any hardware store, there's nothing special about them. Just take one off the driver side and match some up to it. As far as the clips. I would try TAcreations or fbodymotorsports. I had a couple break on mine a couple years back. And TAcreations got me hooked up on a set.

I know this probably won't help much (unless you want to do it this way), but I drilled holes in the sides of the ground effect and screwed them directly into the metal when I converted my '95 Firebird to a '98-'02 Trans Am appearance. I countersunk the screws, and then covered over them with body filler.
