Default New guy from Wisconsin

Hi, My name is Luke, and im from the Madison, WI area. I'm here cause I recently started getting into the LSX craze and want to learn more.

I have a 98 Chevy pickup that I plan to put an lq4 in real soon, and also an 86 toyota hilux drag/street truck that may get a 5.3.

Looking foreward to everyones help!

Thanks! If I would have known we wouldn't get snow till January I would have dropped in a cheap SBC and kept on cruising for the past 4 months! But this is probably for the best, I like the idea of a low buck LS ratrod just to rub in the faces of all the high buck builds you see on here!

An LQ4 in a 98' would be pretty sweet. I will always have a soft spot for that gen of trucks My family had a 97' suburban when I was in HS and learning to drive. I still miss that thing! I'll keep my eyes open for your build thread. Are you also checking out the performance truck forum? Bet they have some helpful info over there for ya'. Good luck!

Thanks, I've been surfing around performance trucks as well as a few other forums. Trying to make this swap go as smooth as possible.
