Pontiac Firebird 1967-2002 - Any intrest in low milage 87 TA?

I bought this 87 trans am with the intent of repainting it. It has 57,295 miles on it. All digital dash(working), 5 speed, 305 tune port motor, t-tops. There is no rust on the car but needed a complete red paint job. Is there anybody really intrested in something like this and what would it be worth to somebody painted or not. I thought about asking $4500-5000 when its done. Is that too much or too low? Let me know what you guys think.

with a repaint thats too much, these cars arnt as valuable as people think anymore.

i just saw a mint iroc go for 4500 and it was really fawless, so you might want to think about 2500 to 3k

I know I haven't seen many camaros go for much, but it seemed like the TA's were going for a little more. The money from it was just going to go towards an engine for my convertible ta. Maby somebody would just like to trade a built lsx engine for it.

well location, rust content, options all play out a factor. unpainted 1500-2000, painted 3-4k id say.. hit up the third gen boards, will have more attention.. most guys looking to do an lsx swap, dont want to spend a lot getting a car to tear it apart, just a good body is the main factor... u can pm me on more info on the site.. post pics!
