LS Engine?: Fits LS Engine

I have a lq4 with trans for sale, I am unsure of the year but I'm thinking its an 04 or 05, it has a dbw intake and it does not have a wiring harness. I've had it for probably 6 months or so and its been sitting in my shop out of the weather. Both the motor and trans have "3225" wrote on them, I assume its the mileage because I pulled one of the valve covers and it looks good under there no sludge. The motor comes with ac, alt and power steering pump all it needs really is a harness. I also will throw in a msd 6010, vic jr qnd 750 eddy for this price but will go lower if that stuff isn't needed. I live in lucedale, ms and I don't want to ship this thing really too much of a hassle and I like hand to hand deals anyways. Thanks for looking!

how much with out the tranny or anything?

I'd rather not seperate it man less someone else wants the trans. Throw me a reasonable offer everyone needs an od trans lol they make a good pair.

What year is the trans? Does it have a 12'oclock bolt hole?
