That car is just nuts. 7's in 2012 shouldn't be a problem.

At 3,130 lbs that car is heavier than plenty of other cars out there too. I see 7's in the very near future.

I have to say that this is really a remarkable acomplishment as most do not realize the amount of horsepower it takes to go that fast.My est is around 1175 rear wheel that tranlates to 2.71 HP per cubic inch(433).You guys are in the same league as the NHRA super stock Hemi cars,or slightly better hp wise. Congratulations :eek2::eek2::eek2:

^^^ a bunch. They know it can go 7s. The DA was nice and heard it broke near the end of the run which took a tad bit of et right there. The amount of money that is in that program is crazy. Probly could have bought 2 pro stock cars by now. :drive:

What else was done to the engine/trans? I can't imagine just dropping ~250lbs picking that much up...

love the liberty 5 speed. and they pull the clutch every pass resuface the clutch and set the air gap ever pass. we used to do this with my buddys car its cake its the setup is spot on. looks like they gained the time in mph and the clutch setup off the line. nice work guys.

Not even close. The most the engine has made on the engine dyno was like 1063. so 2.45 per cubic inch.
