Build For 2012! Project Angry Bird 408/F1A Procharger
Well even though Im almost done with my build I figured I would create a thread to show what I done. This build started with my car being a 408 Stroker ( -4cc Diamond Forged Pistons Eagle crank and Rods) with LS3 heads Milled to 67cc Stock LS3 intake and lnjectors, Fast 92mm TB and of course Juice! I sold the entire top end of my motor. My new setup: Vic Jr carb style intake with rails, Aarons elbow, 80lb injectors, 317 Heads w/dual valve springs, F1A Procharger, 16psi pulley( will probably regulate it with a wastegate and boost controller) Air to water intercooler setup with icebox. Meth is probably going to be added as well.
OLD engine bay!
Gotta get a new plate now!!
Trunion Upgrade kit
Part of my Air to Water
Valvetrain
80lb Injectors
Air to water intercooler
Some of the Fuel setup
Procharger has Arrived!
Aarons Elbow
F1A Procharger
Cut bumper Up before it goes off to paint!
Gonna combine the two!

looks good man, be careful putting that wastegate so close to the MAF. My big red is like 5-6'' from my MAF and it was causing all kinds of turbulance, and ended up having to tune the MAF out of the system until i move the BOV...
its gonna make some killer power!

I would dump the maf and go 3 bar. I am curious what it puts down. My car is a 408 with l92 heads and a f1a. No dyno number yet since I am in the process of tuning it, but hope its goes over 700 as well. That would make me happy too. I am on a air to air though. Eventually gonna switch to e85 as long as its still available. Looks like it will be a fun setup.

What compresson ratio are you going to be at?
Also not to critise on build but jw how the radiator for the a2w is going to cool... idk if its right up against the a2w box but if air is flowing into it its going to hit a wall unless u have it spaced out between the two

Im not sure exactly but probably back down to 10:1... I need to do the calculations. Thanks for your input! I do have space in between and also will have a scoop from the bottom.... Hopefully it will cool fine. I will give it a try but prepared to relocate it If I have to.... I really dont want to though! lol.
