Default oil pan fitment

I am currently thinking of putting a gm ls376/515 crate motor in my 1968 Camaro and already no that the supplied corvette oil pan will not clear the rear steer and subframe. My question is,has anyone purchased GM performance oil pan #19212593 (muscle car oil pan) and had any issues when putting it in their car. Thanks in advance, Ken

From what I have been reading the muscle car pan hangs kinda low. I just bought a moroso 20140 for my car and like it. I am going to modify my stock pickup tube and found a oil filter relocation kit for under $20. IMO go with a steel pan, too risky to have cast one crack from bottoming out. Good luck with the research, it took me a while to decide.
