Default Idling too high in neutral and when rolling - how to fix this??

My 2000 Camaro SS with 6 speed transmission is starting to idle a little too high when I put it in neutral when it's rolling. It idles at about 1400k when its in neutral when it's rolling and during shifts. It takes awhile for the idle to calm down during stops.. What is this problem and how do i fix this?

Vacuum leak somewhere. Might start with the little PCV
bootie at the TB.

I doubt its a vacuum leak, This seems to be a common problem among M6 cars and If i remember correctly, it's something in the tune. My car did the exact same thing and went away after I had it tuned for the LS6 intake and full exhaust.

Bad TPS?? Scan it and find out what % the throttle is registering. I had the same issue recently....TPS was reading 28% at idle(1400rpm)....and no CEL. Changed the sensor, all is good.

Has it done this ever since the car was tuned ? If so your gonna need to decrease your throttle cracker airflow table. try dropping it down 5 or 10 percent in the area that your having problems with. but always check your scan file first !

any other possibilities, I'm having the exact same issues.
I've noticed that if I let the car sit for a couple minutes after start up its not as bad but, it shouldn't be happening at all...
