Well after doing some mods on my '06 GTO: PRC 215 cnc ported heads, Comp Cams V3, Kooks headers 1 7/8, Fast #46 injectors, Wilson Manifolds fuel rails, Texas speed ported oil pump, double roller timing chain, Edelbrock two piece timing cover and K&N cold air intake.
Stock intake, TB, coils & wires.

On the Dynojet it made: 436/ 395 to the rear wheels.

How would you rate the increase for what I have done? This was my first time modding an LSx engine.

Thanks for your comments.

A4 or m6? Honestly the numbers seem low. Do you have a baseline number? Dynos are just tools but I would have thought it would have been higher

Numbers seem on par to me but dynos are a tuning tool see what it can do at the track!!! If you are running a stock ls2 intake a cheap way to feed those nice heads would be porting the intake or picking up a fast intake. Should pick up some nice gains.

I don't think that bad for a auto car if you're auto

The numbers do seem lower than I would have expected, but did you have baseline numbers before the build? If you're looking for a bit more power, a plate kit with a small shot (75-100hp) would be waaay more bang for your buck vs a FAST since you'd need a retune anyway.

Yeah, I didn't have the time to get a baseline run. The car is M6, and drives good. I'm just not sure what numbers it should run with this set up? Everyone says they are low numbers, but can someone show me similar set ups and their numbers as a comparison?
This is my daily driver and what it is, is what it is. I don't care if I'm down some HP, all I care about it that it's a little bit better than stock.

Comp cam V3 spec?
Numbers seems on par, for a stock intake and TB. FAST 102mm would be a killer mod on your combo..20rwhp+ right there IMO. LS2 intake suck.

+1 for cam specs

For a comparison my 6.0 with stock runner 243' s, 230/242 cam, and a ls6 intake put down 435/420 on a dj. With a 92/92 it made 465/435

Stock intake is killing it.

stock intake = LS2 intake or air box?

it has a K&N CAI. I'd change intakes if I could find a Fast on the cheap. But really for the money, how much more HP will that give me?
I'd rather save up and build up a completely different engine, 427 or something close to that. RHS block, Lunati crank, Carrillo rods, Weisco's or Diamond pistons, figure a cam size, and some Mozes heads, with a sheet metal intake. I think that would be a good solid running engine.
I don't want to supercharge, turbo or nitrous it either. Just a nice N/A motor with some balls. I know that I could build it myself and be happy with what comes of it.
Maybe once I get tired of this set up, I'll start looking around for some deals for all of those other parts. Should be a fun one to build up.

the graph is very smooth and power carries all the way never dropping off. The car also made over 300rwtq at 2k.

You should post the graph for sure man. That dyno dosent produce queens, just fast cars :secret2:

I don't' have a way to scan the dyno sheet.

Are you racing? Do you really need more then 430+ RWHP? I know the more you have the more you want but at some point traction is your limiting factor!

It's my DD, I don't need more HP. Kinda like do we even need the cars we have? right? This is just a toy to me, if I can get some fun out of it then so be it. If I get 1200HP then that's cool too.
That is what life is all about, doing what pleases you. Who cares what other people think or do.

Numbers seem low to me for a ls2 m6 with the mods listed above and a dynojet seem more like cam only numbers!!!

I just went back and reread it; I guess I just missed the k&n intake. LS2 intake is garbage and a FAST should be a 15-25 rwhp gain although it might not be be worth it for you.
