Calling Killeen/FT Hood I'm currently deployed in Afghanistan but will be back for the summer. I'm trying to get some ls1tech members involved in setting up a weekly meet. I know that there was a good turnout for the old meets before I deployed but they were not setup properly. I'm looking to coordinate with the local businesses, police and radio stations to setup something that will actually last. So hopefully the end result will be something that doesn’t get broke up by the cops with no ricer flybys, a quality meet good for the whole family and any performance enthusiast.
What I'm looking for is feedback for location (what plaza, maybe on post, killeen/HH/CC) and what day of the week. If anyone is stateside and wants to spearhead talking to businesses or the local PD that would be great, but I'll be on it when I come back. Let me know what you think!
