Carbureted LSX forum - best new carb for under $550

About to buy a carb and cant narrow it down, I need a 650 to 850cfm double pumper mech secondaries, anybody have any suggestions for under $550 ?

Whatever you do NOT BUY an edelbrock carb.

You should be able to buy just about anything for that price

I would look seriously a the quick fuel SS carbs. Nice units. You could get a Holley Ultra double pumper for the money also.

quick fuel Q-series gets my vote, and if it's a nicer built motor, go big on the carb ;)
