lq9 cam only rec

I need some help picking out a cam for my lq9 swap with 317 heads. This swap is going in my 56 chevy 4l60e trans 411 gears 2500 stall convertor. Thankyou

I would go with something no larger than a 228 type cam.

That is a small converter, anything else will be too much... And you would want way more compression that what you have.
