Ok my buddy is doing a ls swap in a Camaro and has a art morrison frame and ats swap plates.when he dropt the motor and the t56 it sits at and angle trans pointing down and hitting the floor board.anyone know if the plates can be flipped so the mount sits higher there for the engine goes lower?

First of all - yes, the ATS plates themselves can be flipped. I am not entirely clear on the rest of your question/description but I can tell you there are a lot of factors in play here which will tell you what you will hit and where.

Which headers?
What oil pan? (for that matter - what engine?)
Stock firewall or smooth?
Stock height trans tunnel or modified?
