Default Hows this LQ9 look?

Hi,
Any help would be greatly appreciated..its going in a 68 Camaro.
1) Does this set up look good for low-mid range power on a daily driver?
2) Any idea on horse power?
3) Any idea on compression?
4) Pump fuel ok?
5) Any re-considerations?

What fuel pump are you planning on using? Otherwise looks like my combo. Should be pretty stout. Just remember to check piston to valve as the ls3 intake valves are enormous, it doesn't take much to start crashing them.

Looks like a strong runner, im guessing around 430rwhp maybe a tad less since its going through such a heavy drivetrain.

I'd put it more closer to 450 475 depending on the converter and exhaust system.

I actually hadnt even thought about a fuel pump yet (my ignorance prevails as this is my first build). Any suggestions?

or something similar. only draw back is you have to use a return style regulator.

as far as a stall goes, a general rule of thumb I have always followed would be to pick your flash stall speed about 500-700 RPM below peak torque. I would imagine (guessing) peak torque on this engine to be around 3500-4000 RPM I would look into a 3000 to 3500 stall. however, being the car is relatively light, you wont have any problems with the 2500 stall, but a 3000+ stall may be more optimal.

if you have any specific questions about stalls or transmissions, Call Russel Culver over at TCI, He is a good guy and is always glad to help.
